Code of Conduct & Inclusion Policy

Code of conduct and inclusion

Respect is part of the experience.

Adult Leisure Group venues are adult social spaces where privacy, consent and personal boundaries matter. First-time visitors are welcome. The standard is simple: treat guests and staff with dignity.

Shared standards

Clear expectations for adult venues.

Our venues are built around adult-only access, discretion, shared facilities and consensual adult interaction. Guests are expected to follow venue rules, respect staff guidance and understand that not every interaction will be mutual.

  • Respect boundariesAccept rejection calmly and give people space.
  • Protect privacyNo unauthorised photos, video or outing other guests.
  • Use staff supportSpeak to staff if something feels uncomfortable.
  • Keep it safeUnsafe, abusive or aggressive behaviour is not welcome.

Policy details.

Short, practical standards for shared adult spaces, event sessions and venue teams.

Behaviour and staff authorityRespect people, staff and the venue.

Guests must not harass, intimidate, threaten, mock or target other people. Persistent unwanted attention, hostile comments, discrimination, aggressive intoxication and behaviour that disrupts the venue are not acceptable.

  • Respect personal space and personal boundaries.
  • If someone is not interested, accept it calmly and move on.
  • Follow reasonable staff instructions.
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour toward staff may lead to removal without refund.
Consent, boundaries and privacyConsent and discretion apply at all times.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Silence is not consent, and persistence after a no is not acceptable.

  • Respect verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Intoxication does not excuse pressure or poor behaviour.
  • Do not disclose who you saw at a venue.
  • No unauthorised photography or video recording; phones may be restricted in some areas.
EnforcementWhat happens if rules are broken.

Staff will respond proportionately, with the safety and dignity of guests and staff as the priority.

  • Warnings, refusal of entry or removal from the venue.
  • Suspension or termination of membership where relevant.
  • Temporary or permanent bans for serious or repeated issues.
  • Police involvement where behaviour is threatening, violent, criminal or a safeguarding concern.
Inclusion, access and eventsDifferent guests, different sessions, same respect.

LGBTQ+ guests, trans and non-binary guests, people of different races and ethnicities, ages, disabilities, body types and backgrounds should be treated with respect.

  • Facilities vary between venues and buildings; contact the venue directly about access or mobility needs.
  • Some sessions are built around adult social, sauna, bear, bisexual, fetish or lifestyle communities.
  • If a session is not right for you, choose another time to visit.
  • Personal discomfort does not justify challenging, confronting or questioning other guests.
